To source sustainable employment opportunities for members within local employer market ensuring that service levels exceed employer expectations. You will also:
• Ensure that employer expectations are met at all times,
• Generate vacancies/job outcomes for all programmes in line with Directorate objectives,
• Maximise on repeat business and develop existing account base,
• Identify new business opportunities and convert effectively,
• Work effectively with national Sector Manager team,
• Collation of all necessary contractual paperwork within agreed timescales,
• Promote and create an awareness of entire range of products,
• Regular communication with partner organisations to ensure that business outcomes are maximised through accessing wider employment network,
• Co-ordinate partner activity in conjunction with established SLA's,
• Provide PA teams with sufficient quality information to assist with member selection,
• Educate PA teams and members about opportunities available in key industry sectors,
• Maximise on profitability within core business,
• Identify, where appropriate, additional commercial opportunities for the business,
• Ensure that recruitment services are delivered according to KPI's identified within any Service Level Agreement,
• Ensure post placement support is managed effectively via employer to meet with contractual obligations and maximise retention levels.
• Any other duties as may be specified by your manager from time to time.
Who we're looking for
You must be able:
• To hold or be prepared to work towards CPRS qualification (or similar)
• To demonstrate success in exceeding performance targets,
• To demonstrate success of using qualitative mechanisms to deliver continuous improvement to services delivered,
• To demonstrate success in maximising repeat business and securing new opportunities,
• Good knowledge of labour market dynamics and ability to use intelligence to maximise on business opportunities,
• Accomplished networking skills - ability to convert into business opportunities
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
