Defendant Personal Injury Solicitor

You will obtain and draft pleadings, witness statements and letters of response, conduct face to face negotiations/mediums of claims, prepare detailed schedules of damage and counter schedules in high value claims. You will also advise/represent clients in inquests, PACE interviews and magistrate court hearings and on plea and regulatory matters. You will progress client matters with minimal routine supervision, whilst maintaining an awareness of the appropriate limits in competence/authority. You will act as a point of contact for the firm's clients, providing a high level of technical and commercial advice at all times.

Who we're looking for
A defendant Personal Injury solicitor to handle both multitrack and fast track matters. You will be commercially minded and be able to understand clients' business needs. You will work quickly and accurately under pressure and deal confidently with changing and conflicting priorities. You will be a confident negotiator and communicator. You will be a team player with a collegiate approach to knowledge sharing and problem solving.
