Senior Support Analyst

The Senior Support Analyst role involves supporting Microsoft and CISCO infrastructure from 1st to 3rd line over the phone for all levels of the business. A strong background in trouble shooting in 1st and 2nd line and some exposure to 3rd line is essential. Internal and 3rd party support is available for more complex 3rd line Network and Server issues. As well as hands on support you will be leading a 4 person team of 1st and 2nd line operatives and be responsible for their training and development. Project work involving the integration of the infrastructure and systems from acquired companies will also be part of the role. Creating documentation to be used as user guides for support will be a key element of the role.

Who we're looking for
The ideal candidate will:

• Have strong troubleshooting skills up to 3rd line.
• Liaise with 3rd party maintenance providers.
• Write documentation of support policies and procedures.
• Be skilled in supporting Active Directory, Exchange, VPN and TCP/IP networks.
• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Have hands on Management skills.
