Reliability Manager

The Reliability Manager will ultimately be responsible for all Process Optimisation, Maintenance and Reliability issues across the site.You will be responsible for reviewing all current working practices and producing an effective and detailed programme to develop strong and independent functions who's successes will be reflected across the business. These support functions, after development will consist of efficient and effective systems alongside a rapid response team of first class technicians reducing downtime and increasing OEE.

Who we're looking for
You will be a degree qualified Engineering / Maintenance Professional from a manufacturing industry with particular experience of change management, process and taking hold of reliability and maintenance functions that require a review and reorganisation to increase their effectiveness. You will be a forward thinking, strategic team player with experience of developing and implementing long term strategies.
