Off-Shore Relationship Manager

• You will be responsible for new client acquisition, developing and managing current client base.
• To help establish a custody led business in Jersey/Guernsey to grow market share.
• To deliver targets in terms of net new assets (NNA), return on assets (ROA) by increasing the share of "wallet" through promoting additional services to existing clients.
• to initiate business development through existing and potential clients.
• Develop and maintain good market intelligence about the target client segment.
• Adherence to internal and external regulations notably in respect of KYC and client suitability.
• Identify opportunities and coaching plans to develop less experienced team members.

Who we're looking for
• Proven track record in private clientrelationship management with an in depth knowledge of target market and a thorough understanding of local legal, regulatory, political, economic and cultural issues
• A consumate "net-worker" who takes an active part in representing the Bank in the local environment and is willing to operate as part of a team, working closely with colleagues by sharing knowledge and responsibility.
• excellent academics andrelevant qualifications for the wealth management industry. (FPC, MSI Diploma, IMC)
