Reporting to the Customer Logistics Manager you will be required to work in conjunction with the commercial and Supply Chain teams in ensuring that all planning, forecasting and delivery processes are in line with customer expectations. You will be required to take the lead in ensuring all correct volumes are forecasted, ordered and delivered and to monitor all sales performance through identifying and analysing any trends within stock levels. Seasonal planning and delivering to plan is essential within this role.
Who we're looking for
You will be a customer supply manager or demand manager with experience of supplying into major retail multiples. This role will require you to be customer facing and so experience of working with major players within the retail market is essential. An analytical approach is key to this role as identifying trends in market data is essential to the forecasting process and the removal of cost from the Supply Chain.
