As anProject Manager within External Works you will oversee it's exterior development, with elements such as groundwork's, paving, external lighting and landscaping.
Your role will include management of the site production team, and ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental legislation.
Experience on large scale developments ispreferablebut not essential, within a similar role or / and organisation.
Who we're looking for
The successful Project Manager must have experience within the following:
• Large scale developments
• This role will require drive flexibility
• The applicant will ideally have experience in large scale construction

What's on offer
Depending on experience you will receive a basic of up to £39,000, 12.5% yearly bonus depending on performance, a Final Salary Pension plus further benefits.
