A senior opportunity for an HR Business Partner to work in a fast paced environment where there is constant change taking place. You will cover all aspects of HR including recruitment, training, cultural change, redundancy, redeployment, employee relations, Union negotiation. This is a challenging opportunity that offers autonomy and development within a matrix structure.
Who we're looking for
You will be an HR Manager or HR Business Partner with a strong generalist skill set. You must have a strength in Employee relations and Industrial relations. Key to this role will be your ability to challenge processes and cultures within the organisation and to be an enabler of change and best practice within the organisation. You will report directly into the senior team and will work fairly autonomously in this role. Your ability therefore to work self sufficiently is essential.
