Reportingto the Melt ShopManager and responsible for approximately12 staff, you will develop and execute plans for process improvement across the site. You will focus on creating a proactive maintenance and engineering team to implement preventative maintenance across the company.

Who we're looking for
You will have previously workedin a senior engineering and maintenance role with a proven track record in process Improvement, ideally in the heavy engineering, automotive or aerospace sectors. You will be educated in electrical/mechanical engineering.

Our client is based in South Yorkshire and manufacture for industrial applications. They are looking to recruit a Maintenance Supervisor.
