Junior Digital Media Lawyer

- Provide legal and business affairs support to the Digital Media division and the Technology division and other digital business areas in relation to all aspects of their direct to consumer digital business
- Support the business in all aspects of the development of its b2c digital media services and the related acquisition of technology services
- Liaising with and advising a variety of business groups. Proactively managing and driving forward deals and projects.

Who we're looking for
- Qualified Lawyer
- Solid understanding and experience of technology and digital media, and the surrounding commercial environment.
- Solid understanding and experience of dealing with technology services agreement and related commercial activities
- Solid understanding and experience in web and other digital platforms, especially the commercial aspects of running web 2.0 based consumer facing businesses
- Previous experience drafting and negotiating a wide variety of technology, digital media and commercial agreements
