The company is due to undertake a number of procurement projects and requires an Interim Procurement Specialist to project manage and deliver these projects on time and at the optimum cost and with the best contractual terms. The Interim Specialist will manage the projects from cradle to grave, sourcing new suppliers, issuing RFQ's, analysing the quotations and negotiating the contracts on behalf of the company.
Who we're looking for
The ideal candidate will be a Procurement Specialist with experience workingwithin an Electricity Generator/Distributor/Supplier. With an outstanding track record of project management, cost optimisation and performance management, you will hit the ground running and quickly get to grips with the task in hand. You will have excellent negotiation and communication skills, and a demonstrable ability to achieve optimum cost savings.
