The Potters Bar, Hertfordshire office of this leading insurance company are looking for a temporary Commercial Lawyer to join their legal team on a temporary basis. Reporting into the Head of Legal you will be required to update on products and bonds, to prepare and review distribution contracts, Independent Financial Advisor contracts and bond continuity.

Who we're looking for
You will be a qualified lawyer with a financial services background. You will have good commercial contracts experience and have knowledge of fund line agreements and intergroup services agreements.
