The company are currently undergoing a period of change and require a competent Advisor/Consultant to support through the consultation process with a business restructure, people change and possibly redeployment. The HR advisor/consultant will work in a team environment supporting HR Business Partners.
Who we're looking for
The ideal candidate will be confident with managing change and ideally have experience working in a blue collar environment such as construction or manufacturing.
