The Process Improvement Manager will be responsible for supporting process improvements and driving the implementation of continuous improvement throughout the business. This will include the execution of process improvements projects and business change initiatives, focusing on cost. The majority of the work will involve lean tools and techniques. As Process Improvement manager you will coach and mentor colleagues, graduates, managers and stakeholders. This is a multi-site role and you will be expected to share best practices throughout the UK within the organisation.

Who we're looking for
A qualified Six Sigma Black Belt.

A relevant degree/professional qualification or proven track record working within a change management / process improvement role.

A firm understanding of Lean Manufacturing Techniques including VSM, Process Mapping, 5 Whys, RCA and Fishbone diagrams.

Project management skills with the ability to manage medium to large projects through to completion. During the interview you will be expected to be able to demonstrate examples of project management disciplines and techniques.

Excellent planning and organisational skills are essential.

Working knowledge of evaluating, developing and managing disaster recovery, business continuity, change management and risk control.

Good communication both written and verbal and the ability to develop and sell solutions at executive level.
