As the Employer Solutions Manager you will be reporting directly to the Tax Partners in this top ten practice. Your main duties and responsibilities will include the following:
• Managing the key Employer Solutions client portfolio
• Creating and maintaining good working relationships with clients both internally and externally
• Negotiations with HRMC on employer compliance enquiry work
• Understanding clients requirements such as flexible benefit schemes, share options and salary sacrifice
• Providing solutions on clients payroll needs including any tax and PAYE queries
Who we're looking for
The ideal candidate will be CTA, ACCA or CIPD qualified with experience of Employer Solutions issues. You will ideally have a strong knowledge of tax and HRMC although these are not essential. You will be a highly motivated self starter with the ability to manage a number of projects effectively. You will have management experience and will work inprofessional manner.
