Permanent ⁄ £18000 - £25000

Updated October 20, 2008

While working for one of the most highly rated teams within the country, you will ensure we have the skills required to forge ahead as you deliver world class training and coaching to support our retail advancement programme across the UK and Ireland. You will play a central role within a wider team to assist with the implementation of company initiatives and ensuring consistency of operations and procedures at a store level. Through providing the highest levels of customer service at all times for both internal and external customers you will inspire, motivate and support store staff with your energy and enthusiasm. The role is a Designate role but it does need to be emphasised that the right candidate will significantly take their Salary package forward within realistic time scales of 6-12 Months and if you have the right background and skill set the opportunity maybe there more quickly.

Who we're looking for
Optical experience is advantageous but not essential and you will have had exposure to training and development but this will not be your CV's main focus. If you have been a Store Manager within mainstream high street retail looking to make the move into a corporate training function this will be an advantage. You will bring outstanding interpersonal and organisational skills, and initiative and vision to match our own. Your enthusiasm for the brand will need to shine through and if you would describe your personality as gregarious you should definitely apply. You will have the desire to Develop not just yourself but also everyone you come into contact with in the Specsavers group.
