As Communications Manager, your role will be to enhance the positive reputation of the business to customers and employees. To lead by example and to provide proactive support and advice to the business units and co-coordinating messaging and implementation of the communications strategy in key markets - UK, US, Denmark, Belgium, Russia, India, South Africa.
Our Communications Manager's goals are amongst other things:
• Enhance the strong reputation of the company
• To align communications programmes to business strategy and corporate objectives.
• To position the organisation as a global leader.
• To provide frameworks and ideas for broader use by communications and marketing teams across the group.
• To review the effectiveness of current programmes and develop the communications to key audiences.
Who we're looking for
We're looking for a Communications Manager who has:
• A background in a managerial role, who isconfident, approachable with strong personal organisational skills.
• A results-orientated attitude and a clear determination to succeed.
• A strong ability to communicate effectively in an international environment, verbally and in writing.
• The ability to handle multiple tasks and be detail oriented as well as follow-through effectively.
