This business critical role will be assisting the Regional Operations Director in ensuring all financial and non-financial objectives are achieved in accordance with agreed budget and performance targets. The key responsibilities will be to liaise and support all regional Branch managers from an operational and business development perspective. Review and develop the Regional Sales Strategy, whilst ensuring lean methodology in working practises and policies. You will be directly responsible for a team of 5 with dotted linestoallBranch managers and sales teams.

Who we're looking for
You will be a strong leader that has driven and owned a large budget with a strong emphasis towards cost reduction. You will have proven experience in providing supply chain solutions accompanied by a strong commercial acumen. Experience in a union environment and a track record of business development is essential.
