In this role you will ensure we have all the skills we need to forge ahead as you deliver world class training and support our retail advancement programme across the UK. At all times, you'all provide the highest standard of service to internal and external customers, motivate inspire and support store staff with your energy and enthusiasm, and play a central role within the broader Retail Support Team.

To coach and develop store colleagues and Partners through effective training on systems and procedures, skills and behaviours. Provide advice on all aspects of store operations so that stores run effectively and meet the expectations of the business both regionally and nationally.

Who we're looking for
Optical experience is advantageous but not essential and you will have experience of training and development and/or retail management. You will bring outstanding interpersonal and organisational skills, and initiative and vision to match our own.
Successful candidates will:

• Have a retail, optical or training background
• Be dynamic and influential
• Be self motivated and eager to develop their own potential
• Have excellent communication skills
• Have a high level of time management and organisational skills
• Be fully flexible and prepared to travel extensively throughout the country
• Have a full driving license

What's on offer
A starting salary of £22,000 rising to £25,000 + £7500 Car allowance, 15% Bonus, Medical insurance and pension.
