The HR Administrator will report directly into the HR Manager and the role will be focused around the provision of administrative support to enable the achievement of operational efficiency and key business objectives.
Key responsibilities will include:
• Co-ordinating the new starter process
• Responsible for maintaining HR databases
• Providing HR systems advice and deal with associated queries
• Dealing with the organisation and processing of new contracts (and changes within existing contracts)
• Payroll queries
• Supporting on various projects
Who we're looking for
My client is looking for an Experienced HR Administrator will the following experience and attributes;
• Previous experience in a HR Administrative role
• Excellent IT Skills
• Experience of working proactively in a busy environment
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Although based in Walsall you will be happy with the very occasional travel to other sites
