As Asset Manager, you will have ultimate responsibility for the upkeep and updating of our clients housing portfolio. You will be managing a multi disciplined team to meet the pre-determined client KPI's. You will be expected to draw up the annual asset management plan, implementing new strategies to continuously improve performance and assume responsibility for all additions and alterations to your core team.
Who we're looking for
The ideal asset manager will be an accomplished project manager with an extensive background in building, housing maintenance or property management within a social environment. Excellent people and communication skills are a necessity, as is an aptitude for problem solving and networking. Strong computer skills and an ability to present large amounts of information in a coherent manner verbally will be advantageous.
