As Head of Development Services, you will be responsible for all technical duties related to the continued expansion of our clients portfolio. This will include land buying, contribution to all sales and marketing strategies associated with the relevant properties and all relevant legal and CSR requirements. You will be managing a multi disciplinary team and be capable of making additions and alterations to that team for the betterment of our clients interest.
Who we're looking for
The ideal Head of Development Services will be a seasoned RSL professional with a proven commercial appreciation and outlook to land development.
