Once you have completed a 2 month induction with MAN Truck & Bus in Swindon, you will join the Group Finance team, based at the Headquarters, in Munich, Germany. For the following 18-24 months, you will perform a role providing consolidated results for the Sales territories. Working closely with the finance teams in the different countries across Europe, you will collate, interpret and present accurate financial data across all Sales regions. Focussed on providing commercial management information that enables senior management to make key business decisions in order that the company achieves its goals. Analysing performance against budgets, you will also be involved in preparing business plans and capital investments proposals.
This developmental role will provide you with experience of the business at an international level before then returning to the UK business to work closely with the CFO for the Northern Region.
Who we're looking for
The successful candidate will be a qualified accountant (or equivalent), for example,either ACA /ACCA, looking to make a challenging career move out of practice, or industry-trained CIMA /ACCA, with strong academics, looking to develop their international career. The ideal candidate will have
• the ability to gain the trust and confidence of senior managers
• excellent interpersonal skills as you will be interacting with senior management on a regular basis.
• personal resilience and confidence
• the desire to perform in a team role
• English is the business language and so German language skills are not a prerequisite.

What's on offer
