The successful candidate will be tasked with delivering efficient and pro active first line IT support to employees based at my clients Richmond Office. The role will also assist other IT activities such as network and infrastructure support. The role will include:-
• Providing first and second line support to a team of around 100 staff in a Windows environment.
• Providing both remote desktop assistance as well as desk side support to consultants.
• Supporting the IT Manager with administrative support.
Who we're looking for
The successful candidate will have:
• A degree qualification (ideally in technical support).
• Excellent communication skills both verbal & written English.
• Strong problem solving skills and a good knowledge of working with IT systems.
• The ability to demonstrate delivery of excellent customer service.
Candidates should have a background in an IT first line support role and a good knowledge of Microsoft packages especially Windows Vista. Demonstrable knowledge of working with an IT call logging system and an understanding of Networks LAN/WAN, cabling and Telecoms is desirable but not essential.

What's on offer
A salary dependent on background, circa £22k up to £24 k for strong candidates. Excellent benefits package.
