BSF Bid Director

As BSF Bid Director you will have responsibility for identify, forming and leading the bid through to financial close for this major infrastructure investment business. You will have responsibility for working within the client team and conceptualising and producing a best fit design solution aligned to the clients needs. You will consult and liaise with the clients representative to for the joint venture partnership of the D&B contractor, FM service provider, ICT partner and draw together a total solution bid proposal. Other responsibilities include working with the investments team to ensure a workable and best value financing model to ensure viability of the scheme and value for a successful award. Your overriding primary objective is the successful award and financial close of the BSF scheme.

Who we're looking for
You will have experience working in the construction industry at investment level and have successfully led and won a BSF scheme previously. You will be technically qualified from a commercial, design or bid background with thorough experience of the construction, FM and PFI process. Ideally having worked for an equivalent firm your knowledge of bidding, BSF, financing models and theeducation sectoris essential.
