Senior Retail Operations Manager

Principal accountabilities:
Sales and Profit Development
• Influence key people to maximise the business potential and ensure that stores and field teams receive the strong trading support
• Monitors the central operations budget and take actions to address any overspends
• Ensure comprehensive and effective communications to stores through the management of the Retail Communications Co-ordinator
• Undertakes projects to support Retail and develop self
• Supports the Head of Retail in all tasks relating to store workload and efficiencies
• Invoicing - Ensuring accuracy and avoiding over payments
• Participate in the annual budgeting process
• Provide high quality feedback to the business via the BR whilst following through with possible solutions
• Compile Retail Compass Report weekly
• Identify and communicate incentives to drive performance and manage to within the budget
• Responsible for Retail Operations in absence of the Head of Retail
• Delivering the Retail Conference
• Regular store visits to identify issues and ultimately drive the business forward

Leading and Developing the Team
• Establish an outstanding Ops team through regular reviews and coaching
• Effective motivate the team to deliver all aspects of their role
• Identify potential within team for succession planning

Other Responsibilities
• Other admin duties as the business requires
