Cluster Store Manager Position. Turnover up to £7million. Store Management role means total accountability for managing all aspects of your store and the cluster. You will be responsible for leading, motivating and developing your team to maximise profit.
You will be expected to deliver the highest merchandising standards, exceptional customer service, effective cost reduction and loss prevention.

Who we're looking for
Current Store manager or Area Manager with a proven track record in fast paced high street retail fashion with exposure to over £7m sales.
Skills required are: Commercially driven with a positive "can do" attitude. The ideal candidate needs to have a Proven record in people development, Strong visual merchandising skills, Results driven, a great planner and organiser with great time management.
