There is a rare chance to join this well known and successful professional services business as their HR Manager. A very generalist role with lots of autonomy you will have responsibility for all HR on this site away from the Head Office. You will report to the HRD and lead the HR team in the large office. You will take responsibility for:
-Recruitment up to senior level including legal
-Training
-Employee Relations issues and complex D&G scenarios
-Reports on HR activity and wider business
-Setting the HR strategy for the office and implementing to maximum effect
-Performance reviews and actioning any outcomes
-Working with the Head Office HR Managers to set the overall business strategy- regular visits to Head Office will be required
Who we're looking for
This is a fantastic opportunity for a degree educated, fully CIPD qualified candidate to apply those skills to this challenging environment and impact on the wider business. You must have experience leading a HR team and preferably knowledge of a professional services business. You must be confident to interact with senior employees who are specialists in employment law and be strong minded. You will also have anaturally determined and professional approach.
