• To drive the delivery of customer recruitment strategies/programs for New to Credit customers in order to meet volume and value targets set for specific product
• To maintain business control over all recruitment activities as they relate to specific products and manage the delivery results according to plan and business case
• To work with cross-functional/triple solid teams to drive recruitment programs and maintain consistency across product lines.
• To actively engage within the recruitment community, sharing and drawing on best-practice as appropriate
Who we're looking for
• Understanding of developing marketing strategies driven by a focus on customer, competition, communications and cost.
• Marketing expertise in product, promotion, pricing and placement techniques to improve recruitment campaigns focused on optimizing the existing / new channels
• Must be able to work effectively in a cross functional environment
• Understanding of financial and managerial accounting; knowing the way around a P&L.
• Understanding of detailed analysis / data mining and how analytical techniques can be used to resolve complex business problems
