Marketing Channel Manager

?X To drive and manage optimum performance (financial and customer experience) for all UK Cards new customers through the management, development and improvement of channel strategies, marketing programmes, communications and servicing across marketing channels including telephony (inbound CTA and outbound Welcome calls).
?X To drive customer engagement and Debit active behaviour through the use of marketing channels with particular interest in telephony channels.
?X To translate UK Credit Card business needs into leading edge campaigns, ensuring delivery of world-class campaign solutions
?X To leverage existing and create new tools to increase customer experience, engagement and debit activity.
?X To use the marketing channel mix and focus on the telephony channels to minimize impact of the BT Only Gamer population.
?X To build strong working relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
?X To ensure customer focus is at the heart of all campaign activity - challenging where appropriate
?X To ensure optimal influence and coordination across the overall customer journey.

Who we're looking for
?X Detailed knowledge and experience of outbound/inbound marketing channels
?X End to end management of marketing programs across various channels particularly, engagement with operational areas in response forecasting and planning, defining systems requirements for list selections and incentive fulfilment.
?X Detailed business knowledge of systems used for transactions and processing accounts
?X Strong communication skills, written and verbal
?X Proven stakeholder management expertise
?X A detailed knowledge of the nominated business, encompassing strategy, structure, products, markets and competitors
?X Team player
?X Excellent organizational skills
?X Attention to detail
?X Analytical skills
EXPERIENCE, QUALIFICATIONS AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS SPECIFIC TO THE ROLE
?X SATISFIES THE FSA CRITERIA FOR AN APPROVED PERSON, BOTH INITIALLY AND ONGOING
?X Proven experience (3-5 years) in developing and delivering world class marketing outbound campaigns
?X Experience of channel marketing across multiple routes to market
?X Evidence of managing internal and external partnership agencies
