Regional Director

As a Regional Director, you will be accountable for one of the main growth areas in this business. Based in London, you will deliver growth and drive up standards across your estate with the support of 8 Operations Managers. Your role will encompass these key areas-
• Financial Accountability for up to £30m pa
• Development of retail standards and operations within your business.
• Management and development of a senior operations team
• Client relationship management]
• Key input into any proposals and Tender Processes

Who we're looking for
The ideal candidate will have a track record in managing retail & hospitality operations/area managers. Exposure to the London food service/restaurant/cafe industry would be beneficial. You will be able to demonstrate a track record in managing a £20m+ retail hospitality operation in a multi-site environment.
