Commercial FP&A Manager - EMEA

This new role has been designed to both report to and support succession planning for the EMEA FP&A Director. You will lead the Group Strategic and Operating Plans and Forecasts for the surgical division in the EMEA region. You will also enable and advise on effective commercial decision-making by Marketing Directors, Country Commercial Directors and General Managers.

As EMEA FP&A Manager for this division, some of your specific responsibilities will include:
• Provision of bottom-line enhancing, analytical support to relevant senior decision-makers.
• Ownership of the EMEA Strategic Plan, Operating Plan and Forecast for the division.
• Provision and presentation of insightful analytical commentary on the division's performance across the EMEA Region.
• Partner with the in-country FP&A teams to improve quality of analysis delivered.

Whilst you will be Surrey - based, there will be opportunities to travel to USA and Europe where required.

Who we're looking for
You will be a qualified accountant with extensive commercial and analytical experience, ideally gained within a blue-chip organisation. You should easily be able to demonstrate commercial prowess, the ability to challenge and change existing financial processes, a real depth of influencing skills at a senior level and an unquestionable desire to value-add in every situation. Experience of leading analytical processes across Europe is highly desirable as is aptitude in another European language.
