• To drive delivery of optimum performance (financial and customer experience) to all Established SBU customers through the identification, development and sponsorship of business improvements to marketing campaigns, and proposition development
• To take ownership for new initiatives across the Established SBU that deliver additional value and benefit to the customer
• Support the management of the planning process across the SBU for the STP/MTP
• Support the maintenance of SBU 90 day plan, strategy and operating agendas and the communication of progress, issues and risks

Who we're looking for
 Knowledge of trends, commercial drivers and products
 Ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders
 Experience in the project planning arena
 A proven ability to influence decision making processes/ situations
 Familiarity with marketing practices in the UK credit card market
