• To lead the generation of innovative recruitment strategies and tactics for Rewards SBU customers
• To own the development and delivery of customer recruitment strategies in order to meet volume and value targets set for specific product(s) within the Rewards SBU.
• To maintain business control over all recruitment activities as they relate to specific products and manage the delivery results according to plan and business case
• To actively engage within the UK Cards recruitment community, sharing and drawing on best-practice as appropriate
Who we're looking for
Essential
• Mastery in developing marketing strategies driven by a focus on customer, competition, communications and cost.
• Marketing expertise in product, promotion, pricing and placement techniques to improve direct mail campaigns focused on optimizing the existing direct mail channel
• Understanding of financial and managerial accounting; knowing the way around a P&L.
• Understanding of detailed analysis / data mining and how analytical techniques can be used to resolve complex business problems
