To support development and own implementation of new strategic initiatives and opportunities generating growth to optimise the profitability of the existing customer portfolio. This leverages all marketing channels, using analytics to create economic justification for and measurement of the programmes.
The role holder will provide valuable direction and input to ensure identification, development, analysis, implementation and reporting activities associated with testing and prioritising new value creation opportunities.
This role requires analytical ability with the emphasis on quantitative skills and the production of robust analysis. The jobholder will have a knowledge of statistical techniques, excellent communication and influencing skills along with personal organisation and the ability to work individually and as part of a team. The post holder will have the opportunity to turn the results of their analysis into appropriate marketing actions.
Who we're looking for
• Well developed personal organisation and commercial acumen, with the ability to deliver accurate results within tight deadlines.
• Proficient in the use of excel
• Must be a good team player who uses positive energy in channelling direction and consistently develops and coaches team members
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams.
• A self motivated team player who is able to define, structure and prioritise work for themselves as well as others, but who also has the flexibility and capability to change priorities when circumstances change.
• The intellectual capacity to move their team forward by constantly looking for better approaches.
• Passionate about data analysis and how this contributes to the business.
• Practical experience of using analytics to solve complex business problems.
• Able to present complex analytical concepts to all levels of the business.
