This is a senior level appointment for this financial services organisation specialising in a range of products. As the Commercial Director you will oversee the business development of the business through setting sales strategies, managing the sales team and still remaining hands on in developing new business opportunities within the market.

Who we're looking for
My client is looking for a established senior sales professional to join their business. You must be able to demonstrate a knowledge of financial services, and ideally will have some existing contacts to utilise within the industry. You must be willing to work from Norwich at least 3 days a week, the rest of your time will be spent in the field.
