To deliver commercial strategies and plans for consumer segments into specific channels. This role will be focussed on working across both Direct Marketing recruitment and ECM teams to deliver customer acquisition targets and existing customer value.
To maintain business control over the area of focus and manage to deliver results.
Who we're looking for
Essential
• Understanding of Financial analysis required for business case development
• Annual marketing planning showing; budgets, unit costs, contact volumes, response, accept, costs per account, etc.
• Must be able to work effectively in a cross functional environment
Preferred
• Mastery of all elements of the marketing mix including; market and competitor research and analysis, product / service development to meet needs and wants of target market segments, pricing and channel management
• Understanding how analytical techniques can be used to resolve complex business problems
Essential
• Experience in; managing direct marketing campaigns
• Understanding of the main levers of programme success (targeting, proposition (product, offer & creative), channel and fulfilment)
• Educated to degree level in a marketing or business area
