Senior Country Manager

This exciting and high profile gaming company is looking for a senior country manager to join their innovative marketing team and take responsibility for all marketing activity in a particular region for the business.
Key responsibilities include:
• Develop strategic plans for the development of acquisition marketing activities across the territories
• Develop, structure & lead commercial relationships with 3rd parties at the local level, in particular large media groups
• To create promotional opportunities for the company.
• Co-ordinate all activities, policies and procedures with other parts of the organisation including the legal, technology, creative, affiliate, PR & retention teams
• Undertake pre and post initiative analysis to provide campaign ROI, CPA and learning's for future activity
• Manage budgets for territory and oversee the local media agency where appropriate.
• Work closely with specialists within the offline and online marketing team including PR, Direct Marketing, Events & Advertiser Funded Programming to optimise the marketing mix

Who we're looking for
This is a key hire for the company and will give the successful candidate a chance to make a real mark within an entrepreunerial environment.
Experience and Qualifications Required
• University educated
• First hand knowledge of the UK& Irish gaming market is essential
• Good knowledge, contact and working experience with major local media outlets
• First hand working experience with PR and media agencies
• Acute marketer (online and offline) with proven experience in brand and result driven marketing
• Proven ability to manage 7 figures budgets
• Management experience of small team of direct report
• Poker and gaming experience in general, live and online, is a plus
