Job Role
Reporting to the Regional Financial Controller, responsible for leading and managing the EU transfer pricing team, including:
- Calculating transfer prices for all European countries
- Coordinating the overall transfer pricing process
- Managing transfer price approvals and systems price maintenance
- Owner of the transfer pricing module in Business Warehouse including authorizing systems access and requesting changes/enhancements
- Responsible for supporting the local Financial Controller in monitoring margins for EU category products
- Responsible for the order management process for sales of semi-finished goods to co-manufacturers, and sales of finished goods and semi-finished goods to non- European Kraft affiliates, ensuring adequate control of the process, successful resolution of exceptions/problems, and ensuring correct pricing and control of billing runs
- Manage, train and develop a team of 3 people
Who we're looking for
- University degree or equivalent
- Working in accounting and controlling of a large multinational company
- Proven knowledge of cost/inventory accounting, including compliance with accounting principles and intercompany processes
- Well-organized with good analytical and reporting skills
- Solid understanding of SAP costing and inventory modules, and working with integrated systems
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, team player
- Proven track record of self-management and time management, proven drive for results
- Good people management skills
- Fluent in English (other EU language preferable)
