Data Sales Executive

The Data Sales Executive will be tasked with maximising revenue by the selling and administering of list and data for use in mail-shot or 'look-up activities' by identifying potential clients, supplying counts and delivering data once purchased. Ensure that all records are kept accurately, clients are invoiced accordingly and that the content of the proposed mail-shot is within the organisation's guidelines.
You will:
• Increase revenue from marketing of member data
• Supply orders to customers efficiently, accurately and on time
• Sell data by seeking and canvassing new business and servicing existing customers
• Create spreadsheets of prospective business
• Input sales orders onto Integra for invoicing purposes
• Provide a professional service to all clients
• Ensure data protection guidelines are adhered to

Who we're looking for
The ideal candidate will have:
• a track record in telephone sales preferably in publishing or experience in data sales
• Excellent PC skills: Word, Excel & Outlook
• Proven ability to sell
• Excellent telephone manner and professional outlook
• Experience of working to deadlines in a pressurised environment
• Literate-excellent verbal and written skills
• Numerate-to quote prices, negotiate discounts etc
• Ability to work in a team environment
• The ability to prioritise your workload
• ability to persuade customers to buy our products in preference to those of our competitors
•Vision to develop revenue generating ideas
