The role holder will be commercially astute. As Interim Business Partner, you will be proactive in engaging and influencing the business, providing value added financial insight and support, robustly challenging decision making, and driving continuous improvement in Business performance.

Who we're looking for
As Business Partner we are looking for:
• Qualified Accountant, with extensive commercial experience
• Ideally, has worked outside the Finance function for a period of time
• Skilled in managing relationships with key stakeholders at a senior level
• Articulate and skilled in analysing business information in complex business situations
• Able to draw out the key risks and opportunities, and able to summarise succinctly both verbally and in report format
• Recognises the wider implications of decisions and their potential impact,
• Can see the big picture and understand the key dependencies
• Can prioritise to focus on real business issues
• Can demonstrate examples of having challenged accepted practice and process
• Drives continuous improvement
• Solves problems quickly to get the best result for all
• Previous experience within a Services environment would be beneficial.

What's on offer
An Interim 6 Month Contract paying between £250 and £300 a day
