This role is all about developing new business. Working primarily from the road, you will be responsible for proactively developing a sales territory of prospects in London and selling my clients range of VOIP, data networking, data housing and security solutions.
You will be responsible for:
Researching prospects internally and externally
Understanding the key business issues of the client
Gaining commitment from the key decision-makers
Taking the lead in proposal generation and driving the opportunity forward
Negotiating the successful closure of business.
Who we're looking for
First and foremost, the successful candidate must have prior sales experience in the IT & telecomssector (ideally managed services), selling a similar product range (networking, hosting, applications including VOIP, closing deals within the value of £50K - £500K). You MUST also have board presence, strong presentation, sales, negotiation and influencing skills. You MUST also be professional, positive, organised,entrepreneurial and have a team approach and ideally within commuting distance of London (East)
