As assistant manager you will be accountable for the Hotel in the managers absence. You will be expected to deliver standards and service through the team.

Who we're looking for
Our client is looking for someone with lots of self-motivation, drive and ambition. Someone who can lead by example, inspire those around them and achieve outstanding results. Naturally focused on customer care and customer satisfaction, you'll get a real kick out of making every individual service as good as it can be. You will need to be a confident communicator who is able to build rapport with guests and the team. You will ideally have a management or supervisory background in the hospitality, retail or leisure industries.

What's on offer
£16,000 basic and up to £8K bonus.
