As an operations manager you will be accountable for the smooth running of the operation, ensuring customer satisfaction is exceeded at every level. Through your highly motivated team you will influence the experience through service and operations.Due to the nature of this industry evening and weekend working will be required.

Who we're looking for
The ideal candidate will have had exposure to a leisure or food service background. A true operator, you will love the buzz of this fast paced environment. With the ability to handle high customer numbers and prioritise a number of issues you will relish any new challenges.
