• Support the Capital Development Manager supporting all project activity and ensuring all objectives are achieved.
• Review methodologies, at an appropriate level to plan and deliver projects.
• Preparation of requests for information and / or the preparation of initial terms of tender documentation in liaison with the procurement office of the College.
• To negotiate contractual arrangements with external suppliers of goods and services in relation to projects undertaken
• Responsibility for the timely delivery and completion of project plans and associated documentation in accordance with the agreed methodology.
• To build, lead and matrix manage staff brought together to form project teams.
• To manage project budgets in accordance with College Financial procedures.
• To undertake lifecycle surveys as required including the design of questionnaires, management of the collection of information, analysis and presentation of data.
• To undertake process review activity in line with the agreed methodology, including full process review mapping.
• To set up business improvement programmes / project plans with service delivery areas and to facilitate the implementation of new and revised business procedures.

Who we're looking for
Formal Education to degree level or equivalent
Management of high risk/complex projects

Knowledge on:
• Business Review Processes
• Construction, MIS and ICT projects
• Producing business documents and reports to high standard
• Project co-ordination

Previous track record working in an educational environment
