Reporting to the Managing Director of the business, you will manage all aspects of the factory, distribution and customer service to ensure that customers receive the correct end product, of the highest quality standards, in agreed timescales. Externally, you will liaise directly with the customers and sales force to ensure that the service they receive is in line with expectations. Internally, you will drive the facility forwards, implementing changes and improvements to reflect modern manufacturing and service techniques.
Who we're looking for
With a background in Engineering and service, you will have previous experience in a senior supervisory role and a proven track record in man-management, ideally in a premium product, fast moving business. You will have worked in a small to medium sized company and will feel comfortable working autonomously. Utilising your experience of liaising with shop floor staff, senior managers, directors and customers, you will possess excellent interpersonal skills. With excellent analytical and computer skills you will show attention to detail in your work and will focus on quality - both from a product and a customer service perspective.

Bradite Limited is a fast growing and profitable, Manchester based organisation which manufactures and distributes high end paints and wallpapers for interior decorators and Blue Chip retail outlets. Its high quality brands include Little Greene and Sanderson, which are associated with English Heritage and other high profile interiors brands, are distributed throughout UK and Western Europe directly from the Manchester site. As a result of impending retirement, Bradite is now looking to recruit a Site Manager for its facility in Openshaw.
