As a replacement for a leaving NQ, you will work alongside the Partner to develop a full service claimant and respondent department in this full service firm.
You will be able to handle a range of matters including disability, race and sex discrimination claims, sexual orientation, unfair dismissal, constructive unfair dismissal, wrongful dismissal, redundancy, equal pay and unlawful deduction from wages claims.
You will have a certain amount of business development to do but there is an existing caseload of claimant matters to build on.
Who we're looking for
• You will have a commitment to full service employment law, both claimant and respondent.
• You will have trained in a Legal Private Practice or in house in an employee union or professional body.
• You will have an acute legal mind and an eye for detail.
• You will be local to Stoke or able to consider relocating or commuting.
