• Prioritise and pro-actively resolve client rule / restriction queries from Front office users in a timely manner.
• Liaise and escalate queries with relevant business groups accordingly to satisfy /complete coding requirements.
• Review new Client mandates to determine coding requirements and build rules within LZ Sentinel as appropriate.
• Complete the accurate coding of new Client mandates within the pre- agreed set deadlines.
• Produce monthly MI on the incidents generated out of the system.

Who we're looking for
• Excellent understanding of Fixed Income instruments and other major instrument types.
• Excellent understanding of client mandates and prospectuses.
• Good understanding of instrument set up and attributes (data sources e.g. Exshare, Bloomberg).
• Ability to effectively prioritise around tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of either Latent Zero or Charles River.
