Job Role
Reporting to the Kraft Foods Europe (KFEU) Finance Director, provide support to the Financial Accounting team on all aspects of SAP systems and integrated controls to ensure the accuracy and correct use of SAP reporting:
- Responsible for ensuring full accounting reconciliations across the KFEU reporting systems/data warehouses, to ensure the integrity and accuracy of data being used by the KFEU Finance team for analysis and decision-making
- Initiate, manage and implement projects to improve the efficiency of processes, taking advantage of automation with existing systems
- Manage and develop a direct report
Who we're looking for
- University degree or equivalent
- Accounting (CIMA, ACA or equivalent)
- Good knowledge of US GAAP accounting principles and of working within an integrated systems environment including SAP and Business Warehouse
- Proven drive for results, self-motivated and proactive 'can do' personality
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proactive and resourceful in solving problems
- Proven ability as a team player, capable of winning respect, trust and confidence
- Well-organized with good analytical, reporting and presentation skills
- Ability to work with different systems (SAP, BI, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Ability to supervise, train and develop others
- Project experience preferred
- Action-oriented and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines
- Experience in accounting/financial controlling, ideally in an international environment
- Experience of working with a fully integrated accounting system, preferably SAP/BI
- Fluent in English (other EU language preferable)
