Supporting the branch network in driving the performance of General Insurance products through coaching and training of Managers and Sales professionals. Driving standards in best practice and compliance by becoming a direct link between branches and central departments.

Who we're looking for
• Experience of working in high street financial services in a leadership role.
• A proven track record of influencing to deliver results.
• Strong presentation and analytical skills.
